Honey Bunny

 I went super kawaii and fluffy for Easter this year! I wore my handmade bunny ears, favorite shrug, fluffy cotton candy earrings, pastel accessories, a few curls, a mint lacey baby doll dress, mint bloomers, and layered it all with my favorite tutu skirt. I also rocked my handmade pink Easter garter, and fluffy bunny socks. I live for dressing up!  I spent the holiday in the sunshine at the bay! My mom made an Easter egg hunt for us, and spaghetti and meatballs. I took so many pics with kids, and jumped waves with my love, and many random little fan girls, hehe. My friend Dawn came down to buy my Pink Flamingo handbag, cotton candy earrings, and a kiss. I love her.  Some Easter Eggs my little brother made! So 90s, I love them.  Partied out, and ready for some hard work for my online boutique. Good stuff is coming xoxo.

Bunny Hop

 I just finished making these cute cozy pink fluffy bunny socks for Easter. Hand sewed. I got the pink cameos, pink, aloe socks, and pink stuffed bunnies at the dollar store, then jazzed them up with pearls,feathers,jewels, ribbon roses, crystals, and fake lashes. Strawberry Watermelon Mojito-Mimosa

• A small watermelon
• A Handful of Rinsed and cut strawberries
• Organic Sugar, or Raw sugar
• Limes sliced
• Rum of choice
• Organic Mint
• A can of Grapefruit San Pellegrino Soda
• Champagne
• Love – Not so secret Ingredient.

Blend fresh cut watermelon chunks and toss them in a blender. Use a cookie cutter or fruit popper to make a few heart to garnish, I put them on a skewer. Next toss in a your strawberries, water,and a good splash of rum. Strain into a glass to remove the chunky parts, discard them. Next grab a few glasses,set aside. Also set out a small plate and pour some sugar on it. Mash up a strawberry using a fork to a pulp, add some raw sugar and mash more. Then swirl the rim of your glasses in the strawberry then into your sugar. It should look pinkish, slightly blushing. Slice a few strawberries at the bottom and garnish, then put in your watermelon heart wands! Freeze until you are ready. Remove from freezer, and muddle some fresh organic mint leaves, and limes, with brown or raw sugar. Top with your juice, and more rum if desired, some ice, some soda, then champagne. Enjoy. Oh and put out the leftover ingredients on ice, and make more as you go. Drink up lovelies. 

Sexy Backyard Brunch

 I also set out our favorite, a bagel bar, with the works: Whipped cream cheese, lox,capers,dill, cucumber, pepper crusted bacon, avocado, and tomatoes. Then some Salami, cheeses, a quince paste, and a few crackers. Also a yummy minted watermelon heart fruit salad, and fresh berries(see recipes). You just keep a bucket of ice going with liquor, beers, fresh juice, and champagne. You make the first cocktail all special and perfect like, with freshly muddled mint, and brown sugar, then top off your drink as you go. It is so fun to share a bottle of champagne as the bubbles flow over your glass, lips, and hands.  Cheers, to love, life, and the pursuit of Happiness.

Pink Sushi
