Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

rasp Whey Protien powder is spiked with essential  amino acids, and it is creamier than other protein powders. Plus it doubles the speed of fat burning, and helps sculpt and build lean muscle. But you must exercise and do some weight training, pilates, yoga, or dance. Walk more if anything. Always get the kind with the least amount of sugar or none at all. I always get vanilla flavor so I can blend it a 1000 different ways. This is a new recipe I made up and it is really really good. Raspberries are hi in fiber, vitamin c, and have no fat. They also help lower blood pressure.

  1. handfull of fresh raspberries
  2. coconut, soy, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, or low fat milk.
  3. reduced or regular softened cream cheese
  4. vanilla whey protien powder
  5. 1 packet of truvia sugar substitute
  6. frozen banana
  7. ground flax seed
  8. handfull of ice

Simply blend all the ingredients together in a blender and serve with raspberries, and a straw. Use the suggested amount of protien powder, and however much flax you prefer. I put three big scoops of cream cheese to make the cheesecake flavor come out. You can also use strawberries. Or make a chocolate cheesecake one with chocolate protein powder, a handful of dark chocolate chips, and no fruit. I always use banana, mocks ice cream. ra

But as she went to pick the raspberries, she scratched herself on a thorn and started to bleed.  Her blood dripped on the white raspberries, instantly turning them red.
