Anyways I have to share with you the easiest creamiest healthy snack and perfect for summer.I have been making these like crazy because it is yummy and super easy. I just cut some fresh cantaloupe freeze half and refrigerate half. I blend a handful of each fresh and frozen cantaloupe and blend with dairy free vanilla unsweetened coconut milk. That is it. Cantaloupe is low in calories, fights aging & cancer, and tastes as sweet as it looks. They are filled with vitamin A, and contain concentrated amounts of beta-carotene, which is good for your eyesight. Also good for your lungs. They are full of Vitamin C, which helps fight free radicals that damage your cells and immune system as well as cause visible aging. This sexy fruit is also rich in a compound called adenosine which helps thin the blood. The folate in cantaloupe also helps prevent heart attacks and is rich in potassium to reduce stress. So eat em up all summer or make my yummy guilt free go to shake. As always eat lots of fruit and watch your skin glow.
