pho2 PHO is one of my favorite dishes, such a comfort food. Whats not to love about cozying up to a hot steaming bowl of noodles topped with veggies, herbs, and lime juice. I love love soda chanh, I have them all the time. It is easy to make and can be healthy if you substitute truvia, or agave for the sugar. Heres what you do. Squeeze lime juice into a tall glass and mix in your sweetener.  Stir to combine well. Drop a lime slice or two into the glass.  Add some ice cubes. Top with the soda. Stir and drink. Adjust the sweetness and tartness as you go. Plain and simple. I use Perrier, my favorite.
