- 1 14 oz can of heart of palm thinly sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado quartered and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of fresh orange juice
- 1 tbsp of fresh lime juice
- salt and pepper
