- 2 kiwis
- 1/2 banana
- Ice Cubes
- 1/2 cup of non fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 a lemon
- unsweetened soy milk
- 1 packet of stevia sugar substitute
- a spoonful of ground flax seed
Remove the skin of the kiwi and slice it, leaving one for a garnish, and put in your blender. Top with half a banana, and yogurt, and ice. Squeeze the lemon juice on top, add the soy milk, sugar substitute, and flax seed, Blend, pour in a glass, garnish with a kiwi slice, and some straws.
