Horchata is the best. Summer is here, and on a hot day, nothing is more refreshing then a homemade(really) glass of ice filled horchata. So light, creamy, milky, cold, and filled with little specks of cinnamon. It is perfect along with a couple of amazing tacos. I am going to be making this all the time at home and perfect it.
